Custom Orders & Final Sale
All of our products are made-to-order and customized based on your approved design. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective, damaged in transit, or there was an error on our part.
Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
The item received is materially different from the approved proof.
The product arrives damaged due to shipping.
There is a manufacturing defect or printing error that does not match the approved artwork.
To be eligible for a return:
You must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
You must provide photos of the issue (e.g., defect, damage, or discrepancy).
How to Request a Return or Refund

Our team will review the case and respond within 2 business days.
Refunds
If your return is approved:
We will issue a full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In some cases, we may offer a free reprint instead of a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
Items approved with errors in the customer-provided artwork or text
Orders delivered later than expected due to carrier delays or unapproved proofs
Minor variations in color due to screen-to-print differences
Custom products rejected due to customer preference (e.g., design or size dissatisfaction without a printing error)
Shipping Returns
If a return is approved and needed, we will provide a return shipping label or instructions. Do not send products back without contacting us first.
